4. BILLING INFORMATION:

– Co-Payment: Please be aware that there is a co-payment required at the time of your visit, which helps support our commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for your dental care. – Major Procedures: In the case of major procedures such as crowns, bridges, and other significant dental work, we kindly request a 50% upfront payment to cover the expenses related to our skilled lab technicians and dedicated staff. The remaining balance will be collected at your subsequent visit, ensuring a transparent and manageable payment process.

5. SILENCE YOUR PHONE:

For your safety and the consideration of other patients, we kindly request that you put your phone on silent mode during your appointment. This ensures a focused and distraction-free environment for our dental team to provide you with the best care.

6. COMMUNICATION:

Methods: We utilize text messaging and email to send you appointment reminders. To confirm your appointment, simply reply with the letter “C.” Feel free to contact us via text or phone call if you have any questions or require assistance.
